Orders & shipping

How do I return my order?

We try to make the process as straightforward as possible. If you need to return or exchange an item, please take a quick look at our Returns & Exchange Policy page first to make sure your item qualifies. From there, just drop us an email or a quick WhatsApp message with your order details, and our team will guide you through the next steps.

Are there any shipping costs?

We keep it simple. If your total order comes to PKR 5,000 or more, shipping is completely free. For any orders under that threshold, we charge a flat shipping rate of PKR 250 across Pakistan to help cover the delivery cost.
